What’s left in the fridge salad special!
1 beef burger, cooked and chopped (I love the Kobe beef burgers from Trader Joes, yum!)
A bowl full of chopped spinach
1 sweet potato, cooked and sliced
A handful of cherry tomatoes
A drizzling of olive oil
A sprinkling of toasted flaxseeds
Mix everything together in a bowl and enjoy!
Tuesday’s WOD:
Deadlift 4×7 reps at 75%
Then: 800m Run for time. 2x.
