Some of you may have noticed a new tab on here, the forum.  I started this to have a place for us to save our training and or food online that was specific to us. Online logging makes it great if you are doing things outside of CFSL and want to keep track.  It’s also an accountability tool as well as a way to see your teammates experiences.  Here are the basics of using it:  register yourself, go under the forum named WOD log, start a NEW THREAD with your name in the title.  Every day you want to post you will reply to this original thread.  For now it is forcing me to moderate every single post so just wait and I will get it posted.

Saturday’s WOD:


AMRAP 31 Min (As Many Reps As Possible)
8 Thrusters (70kg/47kg)
9 Towel Pull Ups
11 Box Jumps (30/24)

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a plate (45/25). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the plate and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.

SOOOO, I know this may sound mildly intimidating to some of us, but just remember you are participating in this for a good cause.  (Speaking of which, please go to and sign up for the event or donate money.  You can read all about it on their website.)  We can scale this however need be to make it doable for each person.  You can pair up once you get here.  Worry not if there is an odd number of people, we will work it out.
