Double Unders
Sit Ups
For those who do not have double unders yet, do 3x the number of single unders. Work on getting a few doubles though, even mistakes are a learning experience.
CONGRATULATIONS to Heather!
She achieved half of her Sept. goal by doing a strict pull up today. She is a natural at kipping and now has added this to her bag of tricks.
Also, way to go Liz on busting out her first mutliple sets of double unders. Good work ladies.
