To when Becky clean and jerked less than she can snatch now. This is in honor of the ladies who are all in Savannah, GA gearing up for the Pan American Masters Weightlifting Championships. Karen lifts on Friday around 7pm Eastern time. Becky lifts around 3pm on Saturday. I will post a link for the live feed once it comes available. Send them some positive vibes!
Thursday’s WOD:
Strength:
Deadlift: Heavy 3. Spend a good amount of time warming up to this. It doesn’t have to be a PR, just heavy enough to build some strength.
Conditioning:
3 Rounds
30-50 Air Squats
200m Run
Rest enough time to recover fully. Choose the number of air squats based on your ability to go unbroken at a fairly quick pace and go into a decent paced run. Do not choose fifty if this does not describe you, it will defeat the purpose of the workout.
