25 mins to complete

6 400m Runs

100 Kettlebell Swings (53lbs, 35lbs)

75 Ring Dips

50 Squat Jumps

30 Turkish Get Ups  (use approp. wt for you)

*you may partition however you like.  Also, you may scale the reps as needed if you are newly out of basics.
