This was delicious for breakfast served with sunny side up eggs and strawberries.
6 medium sweet potatoes, baked until soft and skinned
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
Mash everything together in a bowl and serve! Easy and delish!
Wednesday’s WOD:
Skill: Overhead Squat  3x5reps.  Keep the weight medium.
