Sunday’s WOD:
Team DT: Teams of 2, 5 Rounds
24 Deadlift (70/50kg) *hold plank
18 Hang Power Cleans (70/50kg) *hold wall sit
12 Push Jerks (70/50kg) *hold handstand or plate overhead 15kg/10kg
**Scale the weight as needed. Break up the reps as needed between teammates. Each teammate my have their own bar IF they are using different weights. Both teammates must be doing work at the same time, if one rests, they both rest.
***Rx+ OPTION: Same as above except 14-10-6 at 85kg/60kg. Good luck. This is ONLY for people with very good form and know they can handle this kind of weight.
