1/4 lb of flank steak
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
Dice peppers and onions, then saute them up in a skillet with the olive oil. Feel free to add salt, pepper or any other of your favorite spices. Saute until soft.
Cook flank steak, or use left over cooked steak. An easy way to cook your steak is in the broiler on high for about 4 minutes per side, depending upon the thickness of the steak. Season to liking. Cut into thin strips once it is cooked.
Beat your eggs together in a side dish.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add the eggs. Let them cook for about a minute until it begins to cook.
Add the steak, peppers and onions on top of the egg, and centered off to one side. Fold the other side of the eggs over the meat mixture. Press down the edges and let cook for another minute or two.
Strength: Sumo Deadlift 1RM, then drop to 80% for AMRAP. 20-25mins.

L-Sit (in order of difficulty: on parallettes/on rings/on bar/on bar with knees bent)
*All teammates are working at their station at same time. While one person is running their shuttle run, other two are holding L-Sit or Plank. Switch when shuttle run teammate completes two. You may do any type of plank: side/front/back/etc.
