Shrimp and Kale Salad
1 lb. frozen shrimp, thawed
1 big bunch of kale, washed and chopped
1 large cucumber, diced
1/3 cup balsamic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
In a small bowl mix together balsamic, olive oil. Squeeze in the lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Pour dressing over kale in a large bowl. Mix well and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Toss in the cucumber and shrimp. Serve and enjoy!

Bodywt: Muscle Up/Ring Dip Practice. Spend a total of 10 mins working on these skills. Take it slow and just work on the technique and building a strong foundation with the dips.

10 Step Ups w/ Same Weights Each Leg
Immediately after: 50 wall balls for time.

What is up with the additional workout after the WOD(100 situps, 50 wall balls, etc)? I like it!!!! Keep it coming….. I’m feeling sore like the first few weeks when I started xfit. And that’s a good thing.
