Squat Therapy:  squats with bands/wall squats/squats on the rig


AMRAP 3min/1min Rest.  Repeat 4x

30 Double Unders

10-15 Pull Ups

10 DB Stationary Lunges (you choose the weight)

*Choose the number of pull ups based on your skill level.  I would like to see at least one round per three mins.  90 Singles if you aren’t able to do double unders.
