When you go into a tough workout or anything else that is challenging, do you have a plan of attack? Or do you wing it or do you have an open curiosity of how it’s going to go? It’s important to have some kind of strategy when you are going into something challenging. How will you break up the reps, how long will you allow rest, what will your run times stay under, etc. And when you finish, you can look back to see if the strategy worked or didn’t work. This helps us get to know ourselves better, where we have the most challenges, where we shine, and stay objective about our performance.
