Here’s 1/3 of the Craft pack. Autism Awareness on April 2nd, wear blue!

How many of you love waiting in line or waiting for something to start?  What do you normally do during your wait?  Here is a little article giving some ideas on improving your mood while you wait.   It’s amazing how much better I can feel just simply taking a deep breath or focusing on something I am grateful for.  The last one about knocking off a thing off the to do list would be great for someone who is all over the place mentally and needs to focus.  I found, personally, I am always doing too many things.  It’s great for my mental health to just take a break.
