*Compare to two weeks ago. If you didn’t quite make it last time, then repeat that number and see if you can make it this time around with an extra thirty seconds. If you finish under 2min, rest remaining time. If you are finishing well under and don’t feel very gassed, do more reps or weight. Anyone know whats coming in the next two weeks?
