During some cleaning at the gym I cam across an old calendar of mine.  It was Sept. 2008.  On the 4th of that month I did a 3 Rep Max Deadlift and it was 110lbs!  I did 231lbs for 3 this week, Sept. 6th, 2010.   I am even surprised at how  much stronger I am.  It’s easy to forget or overlook successes.  Look back through your calendars to see what fun things you can find.  Give yourself recognition for consistency, improvements, everything.
