I saw some amazing weights being tosseda round tonight.

Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:  Push Press 3RM, then drop to 80% for an AMRAP

OK, so tomorrow we are going to have some fun!  It will be a team WOD:

In teams of two:

6 There and Back trips of overhead walking lunges (wt: surprise object)

*take turns doing the lunges, while you are not doing lunges you are doing burpees until they return and tag you out.

50 Toes 2 Bar

*alternate between teammates as you like.  whomever isn’t on T2B, you are holding your surprise object overhead.  If you lower it, t2b person must rest too.

400m Run Both teammates and your object.

Time is when both teammates finish run.  **IF YOU BREAK YOUR OBJECT, 50 BURPEES**
