Excellent job today!  I believe just about every person who deadlifted today put up a PR (personal record).  That is really amazing.  We inducted our very first member of the 500lb club, congrats Ted.   We have new members of the 400lb club, 300lb club, and 200lb club.  Keep it up.  I wish I knew the total amount of weight lifted today.  Thousands of pounds.  We should be able to use that energy for something.  Amazing.

Tuesday’s WOD:

AMRAP in 3 mins, rest 1 min between rounds, 5 rounds total:

3 Ring Push Ups

6 Air Squats

9 Box Jumps

-your chest must be even with your hands for the ring push up to be legit.  put your feet up on a box to make your body parallel.
