Sunday’s WOD:

Teams Of Two Complete the Following:

2-3 Rounds

80 Squats

70 DB Power Snatches (you choose the weight)

60 DB Thrusters (one arm at a time, use the same weight as snatches)

800m Run

* The weight for the snatches and thrusters should be heavy for you.  Sets of 5 should be challenging.  The thrusters are unilateral, one arm working at a time.  Choose three rounds if you will finish in under thirty minutes.  Have fun.  800m ROW, if not running.
