Happy Friday

I am in Reno this weekend for the 2015 American Open Weightlifting Championships to coach Amanda.  She lifts tonight around 8:30pm.  There is a live webcast here.   I believe she is on the Red platform, seems fitting.  There will be four platforms going at once, so watch the red platform feed.  She will be opening somewhere between 65-68 on snatch and 78-80 on clean and jerk.  Please send positive thoughts her way, she is rather ill and has eaten less than a tiny mouse in the last 36 hours.
