Next week several of your coaches decided to go on vacation all at the same time! What will you do without us? Because of this, there will be a few cancellations: Monday’s oly class at 6:30pm and Thursday nights 7pm class. Everything else will be the same.
Also, we are having rowing class on May 7th at 6:30pm and 7:00pm. If you would like to attend, please sign up via your mindbody account. We are hoping to make this a weekly thing.

Weighted Dips 5 (moderate weight)
Band Rows 10 (heavy band where you are almost failing on the 10th rep)
