Good work today people.  I know it was brutal, but it was great to see everyone give so
much effort. 
I saw something today that I wanted to share with all of you to consider for yourselves.
One of your teammates writes their goals on the back of their calendar each month.
I love this because keeping your goals right in front of you keeps you motivated and focused.
Goals are personal and something you must come up with for yourself.  I have a goal suggestion,
however, hitting the Rx’d weight for workouts.
Thursday’s WOD:
3 Rounds
400m Run
12x, Jump over 20 inch target
12x, Sit Up med ball throws
