New Month, New Goals for the month!  Put some short term goals up for the month of Feb. and see how being focused on a goal can help.  What are you goals for this month?

Sunday’s WOD:  Benchmark Time


3 Rounds

400m Run

21 Kettlebell Swings  (53lbs/35lbs)

12 Pull Ups

*Scale weight as needed.  Remember this one is for the Records Boards.  Make sure you put it up on the whiteboard underneath our new beautiful Records Boards if your time qualifies you for a spot.  As always, the coaches will make sure your reps are full range of motion and spot check your counting if you are working for a spot on the board.  Even if you aren’t looking for a spot on the board, full range of motion will get you results.  Your goal is always to achieve the most efficient and complete movement as your body will allow.  Enjoy and show “Helen” who is boss.
