Congratulations, Felipe! Felipe decided this week was the week for his first muscle up. He delivered! Today,with a little help from his CFSL friends, he made his goal. Felipe has consistently worked on goals like the muscle up and achieved each one. Congratulations and keep up the strong work. Now with all of you that can do muscle ups, expect more workouts with…..muscle ups. And he went on the board twice last week for his performances. Felipe you are making serious gains and made today’s class a joy!
