Rocio came to us from a soccer background with little to no weightlifting history I believe. I suspected she would do well with the cardiovascular ends of the wod, but never guessed how tough she would be with the lifting. She has consistently been pushing herself to increase the weight during the wods and practicing diligently her bodyweight exercises like pull ups. She recently got her first kipping pull up and I am sure Rx is right around the corner for her on the pull ups. She trains three times a week with extra skill work after class. I could not talk about her without giving recognition to the entire Rocio family, Rocio, Felipe, and Rafael. You three are a great team. Your consistency is definitely paying off!
