Friday’s WOD:


Muscle Up Practice:  this includes false grip holds, false grip pull ups, transition work, strict pull ups and dips


5 Rounds

6 Push Jerk (wt: 43/30 Rx+: 50/35kg)

12 Front Rack Lunges (same as push jerk weight)

200m Run

*Good form on the lunges!  The weight may seem not so bad on the PJ, but will definitely get heavier on the lunge.
