We are going to start a new food challenge next week. The details to follow. Also, we are going to have a fitness challenge starting next week. It’s a basic challenge that lots of CrossFits have done. Usually it involves 100 days but we are going for 50 days, I kind of have commitment issues. You will pick a bodyweight movement that you can do every day, so even if you aren’t at the gym. Example: burpee. Day one you do one burpee, day two you do two, etc. until you reach 50 days. You can pick anything you would like to work on. If you pick air squats you will work your way up to way more than 50 though. FYI.
