We are going to have a good time and make some money for a good cause.  I have a list of everyone participating on the board and I would like you to write next to it the wt. you plan to use.  Your options will be written on the board as well.

Tuesday’s WOD:

3 Rounds of “Barbara”

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.   Note your time for each round.  The clock will continuously run.
