4×4 Front Squat

Then:

21-15-9

Kettlebell Swings

Leg Raises

Wt: Pick a heavier kettlebell than you usually pick.  i.e. if you always use a 35lb, use the 44lb.  If you recently moved up, then stick with that wt.
