Monday’s WOD:

Deadlift:  warm up with 3 or so sets of 30-50%

3×8 at 60-65% 1 RM

Then:

3 Rounds

7 Toes to Bar

15 Overhead Squats  wt: 20kg, 15kg

*If you do not complete all reps unbroken, you will have a penalty of 5 burpees for every rest break.  You will do the burpees at the end.  And, no, it is not because I am just plain mean, it’s because I want us all to learn to get 2 more or 3 more reps even when we don’t want to.  This should be easy to do with this workout.  My goal for you is no burpees.
