Because the 1 rep max was added after I did the WOD schedule, I am going to have 2 options for tomorrow. 

Wednesday WOD option 1:  if you didn’t do Tuesday’s workout

1 rep max shoulder press

Then: 2 Rounds of Below

Option 2: if you did Tueday’s WOD.  You can make up the 1 rep max shoulder press on Friday.

400m Run

Knees to Elbows, 10reps

One legged deadlift, 20 reps (alternate legs or 10 and 10)
