Wednesday’s WOD:

“Filthy Fifty”

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups  (yes, jumping pull ups)
50 Kettlebell swings  (35lbs, 25lbs)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press  (20kg bar, 15kg bar)
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots (20lb, 14lb)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

*you may start in different order if class size warrants it, but you must end with burpees and double unders.   Please scale to 40/30/25 reps if 50 isn’t appropriate for your current level.  We did a version of this Feb. 4, 2012.
