Strength: Dips on Rings or Parallettes 10sets x 3reps with 30sec rest between sets. Share the rings and be efficient.
9 Hang Power Cleans (wt: 60/40kg Rx+: 70/50kg) *keep in mind no dumping the weight in 9am/12pm/5pm/6pm classes.
6 Push Jerks (same as above)
*scale weight and rounds as needed.
Cash Out: 100 Band Rows in as few sets as possible.
