Strength class added on Tuesday and Thursdays at 11:00am starting Sept. 4th.  This will be the same workout as on Monday and Wednesday nights.

Teams of Two complete the following:

Row 1500 m w/ front rack hold (80k, 55k)

75 burpees w/ partner overhead hold (70k, 50k)

50 thrusters w/ Ring support (43k, 30k)
