Reminder:  We are having the foam roller class on July 8th and there a few more spots left.  Sign up quickly!

Also, we are going to have a pilot yoga class on July 15th at 11:30am.  The cost will be 10 dollars for members and 15 for non-members.  We will have a sign up sheet for this in a few days.  We are going to see the level of interest, etc. to determine if this would be a helpful addition to class schedule.

As many pull ups as possible.

*your score is total number of pull ups.  if you rest or come off the bar, you go back on the run.  compare to March 5th.

Darn it!! I wish my shoulder would cooperate!! This is such a fun workout! What is the alernative for someone who can’t do pull ups??

OOOO! I’ve been wanting to try yoga for years but now that I’ve been trying to get to CF 3 times a week I don’t have the time/money to do yoga as well. I’m totally in!
