Burpees with DBs  (30lb+, 20lb+)

Box Jumps  (24, 20inch) (Rx+ for this is to use your DBs for the box jump without falling or dropping the DB on your toe)

Med Ball Clean (20lb, 14lb)

What about the hang power snatch cash out? We had those for his birthday last year if I remember correctly…we did 1 HPS for each year he has been alive.
