Tuesday’s WOD:

Back Squat: find a 2 RM.  Due to the precarious nature of dumping the back squat, everyone must have a spotter or two when going for their maximum weight.

Then:

“Basics WOD #1”

3 Rounds

400m Run

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Squats

*Rx+: do 5 rounds.
