Thursday’s WOD:

Deadlift: 3×9 @ ~70%


4 Rounds: Each round is 4 mins (3mins Rx+) rest 1.5mins between rounds.

Complete 4 cycles of Cindy: 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats

If you do not complete the 4 cycles of “Cindy” in the allotted time, you owe 25 double unders (75 singles) per round you miss.  These will be paid after all the rounds are completed.
