Your lady powerlifters did wonderfully today. Everyone hit PR’s on two of the three lifts. We brought home two first place finishes and we looked damn good doing it all.

(wt: 55kg, 35kg, Rx+: 70, 50kg)
*This WOD is as difficult as the weight you choose. If you go too heavy, it will take you 25min, your form will go down, etc. If you choose too light of a weight, this won’t really be a workout. Pick something challenging to you that takes you around 15 mins to complet. If you find that you are flying, put some more weight on. Rx+ people, flying is encouraged.
*if you finish this WOD in less than 15 minutes: 10 mins of muscle up work.
