Thursday’s WOD:

Clean/Front Squat/Front Squat:  after you warm up your clean, you will perform this complex at 75% your 1RM for a total of 5 sets.  Hold the last front squat at the bottom for 3 seconds focusing on your elbows and chest up.  Rest up to 3min between sets.


3 Rounds (Rx+ 4 Rounds)

Push Ups 10

Box Jumps 10  (Rx: 24, 20.  Rx+: 30, 24)

Sit Ups 10
