Rx: Squat Cleans: work up to ~80% of your 1RM then 3x4reps with 1 min rest between sets. share bars as needed.
Rx+: 5-4-3-2-1 Squat Cleans and Muscle Ups. Clean weight is 75-80% of 1RM. You must perform a full squat after you catch your clean.
Then:
5 Rounds (10min cap)
9 Deadlifts
6 Hang Power Cleans
3 Jerk
