Work up to a heavy single rep.
Then:
5 Rounds (Rx+=6 Rounds and deadlifts must be done with a bilateral pronated grip aka a clean grip)
20 Double Unders
10 Deadlift (wt: 60kg, 45kg)
5 Ring Dips
