3 Rounds For Time

Muscle Ups (5 for men, 2 for women)

Toes To Bar 10

Thrusters  15  (wt: 43kg, 30kg)

*Sub for muscle ups:  Strict Pull Ups and Dips (10 if you fancy or using a band, 7 if you semi-fancy, 5 if you are female-fancy)

Finish with an 800m run for time.
