Thurday’s WOD:

3 rounds with 2 mins rest between each round
6 mins per round
Run 400m
Then perform as many reps as possible in remaining time of Hang Power Clean (wt:45kg, 30kg)
Your score is total number of reps of Hang Power Clean.
