Reminder about Saturday’s WOD being the WOD to support the families of the soldiers who were killed in the line of duty.  Register or donate online and show up for either the 8am or 9am class.  This is low key and we will partner people up, so just come ready to workout.  Also, after the 9am class we will stick around and have some food.  Feel free to bring some beverage, the family, and maybe a change of shirt.
