Thursday’s WOD: Teams of Three will perform this WOD

70 double unders (100 if you fancy)

Front Squat (wt: 60kg, 45kg) scaled options available.  NO racks!


While teammate 1 is performing the double unders, the other team members will be performing the front squat, or burpees until the 70 d.u. are complete.  Once teammate 1 hits 70, they will rotate.  Each team member must visit all the stations twice.
