1 Mile Run
Time Cap: 45min
You may partition the reps any way you like. Compare to Dec. The mile run route is out the roll up door turn left at FIRST stop sign, the right onto Estudillo all the way down to the start of Bancroft Middle School and back. The school is on the corner of Bancroft and Estudillo. Scale the run as appropriate for you. Rowers=2k
