Wednesday’s WOD:

AMRAP 7 min

3 Thrusters  (wt: 45kg, 30kg)

3 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

6 Thrusters

6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

9 Thrusters

9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

12 Thrusters

12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

And it keeps going up by 3 until the time is up.  If you aren’t able to get C2B but can do pull ups without a band, do chin over bar.  If you use a band for pull ups regularly, do the C2B with the band.  This is a very short WOD and requires an all out effort to get the benefit.  Go for it!
