4 Cycle of the following: rest 1 minute between each cycle

3 mins to complete:

10 weighted step ups each leg

walking lunges with weight

3 manmakers

you will do this WOD with dumbells or kettlebells.  if you let go of the weight at any point during the three minutes, the entire team has a penalty which will be completed after all the rounds are done.
