The CrossFit Games Open competition starts next week.  I am very excited, if you didn’t notice.  We are going to be running our own internal CFSL Games Open during this six week period for everyone who wants to participate.  We will have 3 divisions: Rx’d, Scaled A, Scaled B.  For each workout you will choose which option you are doing and then we will keep track of the scores to post in the gym.  This will be a fun and friendly internal competition for our members and it will include prizes at the end.  PLEASE don’t confuse this with the real deal.  Some of your CFSL family will be participating in the Games Open going for a spot for themselves and for CFSL.  We may host some of these workouts where anyone from the outside world is welcome to participate.  How this is all going to go down is completely up to what workouts are posted from the
planners of the competition.   Even if you aren’t doing the official Games Open, please make time to support your teammates either by watching them here or at another local CrossFit facility. 

ALSO, we are having a “Back Class” on March 19th, 1:00pm-
2:30pm.  This class will cover basic anatomy and funciton of the spine, exercises to strengthen, stretch, and stabilize the spine, postural training to maintain proper alignment during your every day activities.  If you experience back pain, want to maintain a healthy back or simply learn about the mechanics of the spine, please join us.  This class is also open to non-members so feel free to invite your friends, family, coworkers, etc.
