In honor of Amanda and Crystal, we are going to do some of the workouts they will be doing during Femme Fit tomorrow.

400m for time

3min max rep pull ups and/or burpees

4 rounds for time:
10 deadlift 135lbs
10 wall balls
10 box jumps
