Deadlift Monday. So this is the last workout of this cycle. We will be setting a new record potentially. Please make sure your numbers are up on the board so I can get the records board updated. Also, listen to your body and go for the weight that feels right for you at that time. Be ambitious, not greedy.
After this cycle is over we are going to switch it up a bit. We are going to continue with the deadlift but we will have more variety with the rep scheme, etc.
